At CSCS Fast Track, we are committed to providing customers with a smooth and reliable service. Our services include online training, course preparation, and arranging bookings for CSCS tests. Due to the nature of digital services and exam bookings, our refund rules are as follows:

1. Digital Course Access

Once you receive access to our online training materials, the service is considered delivered.
For this reason:

❌ No refunds are offered after course access has been granted.

2. Test Booking & Administration Fees

If you request that we book a CSCS test on your behalf, we incur booking and admin costs immediately.

Therefore:

If your test has not yet been booked:
✔️ You may request a refund, minus a £25 administrative fee.
If your test has already been booked:
❌ No refund is available.
You may, however, request a change of date once, subject to availability and test centre rules.

3. Missed or Failed Tests

If you fail to attend your test, arrive late, or fail the exam:

❌ No refund is available, and a new booking fee will apply.

4. Incorrect Information Provided by Customer

If you provide incorrect personal details, identification, or test type, resulting in a failed booking:

❌ No refund is available.

It is your responsibility to ensure all personal information provided is accurate.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues accessing our online materials:

✔️ We will assist you to resolve the issue.
Refunds are only granted if we cannot provide access within 48 hours of your purchase.

6. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

Any attempt to dispute payments with your bank after receiving services will be treated as payment fraud. We reserve the right to provide proof of service, including access logs, emails, IP access records, and booking confirmations.
