  • Guidance on obtaining a CSCS Labourer Green Card

  • Administration and assistance with CSCS test bookings

We are not a government agency or CSCS test provider.
We are an independent service assisting customers with the process.
 

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a legal guardian

  • Provide accurate personal information when placing an order

  • Have valid ID required for test centre entry (e.g., passport or driving licence)

We are not responsible if you are refused entry to a test due to incorrect or invalid documentation.
 

3. Payments

All payments must be made upfront before access to services is granted.
We accept:

  • Debit/Credit Card (Stripe)

  • PayPal

  • Other methods listed at checkout

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
 

4. Delivery of Services

Digital services such as course access are delivered electronically via email or website login.
Test booking confirmation, if applicable, will be sent after payment and verification of your details.

Once training access is provided, the service is considered delivered.

  • Upload them online

  • Use them commercially

Legal action may be taken for violations.
 

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of income

  • Travel expenses

  • Test centre closures

  • Third-party test provider decisions

  • Changes in CSCS card requirements

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.

10. Chargebacks and Fraud

If you initiate a chargeback after receiving services, we reserve the right to:
